COST OF DELIVERY

The cost of delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of order. Unless a product is delayed for any reason, we will try to combine orders where possible, to shipping costs as low as possible.

All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-delivery service, between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Tracking number(s) available upon request.

If, for any reason, we do not have an item in stock or there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you with an expected delivery date and explanation. We try our best to get all products out within 1-2 days, but occasionally a product may take a little longer if it’s being handmade to the perfect size and style.

PRE-ORDER

Any items on pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive them from manufacture. Pre-Order products will state an expected delivery date in the product description; however this may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated should any changes to the delivery date occur, and of course, you can request a refund at any point up to the dispatch date at which the normal returns policy will apply.

Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If there’s a problem with your purchase or you feel the item wasn’t correctly described, please email us and we’ll happily turn your frown upside-down by either sending a replacement or offering you a refund.

All unused returns must be received within 30 days, in its original packaging and condition, for a refund of the price of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund Shipping and handling charges.

Please call us or email info@pipetto.co.uk for instructions on how to return items. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the refund.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and will be replaced should a defect arise within 6 (six) months of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear is not covered under of Pipetto’s warranty; however, we will do our best to repair the product and will charge only a nominal fee for the cost of the repair.

PROMOTIONS

Occassionally we feel generous and optimistic, and think it might be a good day for a sale. These days are unpredictable snap surprises and as such, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced priced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order. Check back often and you might nab yourself a bargain.
